Scope of Services
MR Max Roofing offers residential and commercial roofing services throughout Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley, including roof repairs, installations, renovations, and new construction roofing. The specific details of each project are outlined in the written estimate provided to the client before work begins.

Estimates & Quotes
We provide free, detailed written estimates based on an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Pricing may change if the scope of work shifts, new conditions are found during preparation, or if the client requests additional services. Any changes will be communicated in writing before proceeding.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, residential projects require a deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) before work starts, with the remaining balance due upon completion and final inspection. Terms for commercial and new construction projects are negotiated individually. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, and credit card. Invoices overdue by more than thirty (30) days may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

Cancellations & Changes
Scheduled projects can be rescheduled or canceled with at least seven (7) days’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled start may incur a fee to cover materials already ordered and crew scheduling. Weather-related rescheduling for roofing projects will be communicated as soon as possible at no cost to the client.

Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship against defects for two (2) years from the completion date for roofing projects, subject to normal use and environmental conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from moisture intrusion, structural movement, substrate failure, or circumstances beyond our control. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Liability
MR Max Roofing holds full commercial liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Our liability for any claims arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions discovered during the work.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes arising from the services provided will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
